We at CHA realize
how important it is for you, your students and your school board to feel
secure when planning your next overseas trip. Thats why we at CHA
are pleased to offer the following enhanced security and insurance features:
Change your Tour or Travel Date
Book your group early and enjoy the flexibility
to change your tour and/or departure date up to 60 days before your trip. You must inform CHA in writing and your entire group must move to the
new tour and/or date together. The new tour date must be within the 2009 travel season (departures through October 31, 2009), subject to availability.
All funds paid towards your original tour, including the $95 Registration
Fee, will be applied to the cost of this new tour.
Earn Extra Financial Protection
Any traveler who enrolls by June 30, 2008
will be entitled to a choice of either a future
travel credit or a full refund (less the non-refundable
Registration Fee, optional insurance fees and/or any previous travel credits)
in the event that he/she decides not to travel and informs CHA in writing
no later than November 1, 2008. The travel credit is non-transferable
and is valid for use for future tours departing up to/including October
31, 2008. (For tours departing before April 15, 2009, qualified travelers must inform us in writing no later than October 1, 2008. This offer does not apply to departures prior to January 1, 2009.)
Enjoy Travel Security Coverage
In cases of political instability abroad and at home, CHAs Travel
Security Plan provides peace of mind. Included as part of CHAs non-refundable
Registration Fee, this coverage provides a full
refund (less the Registration Fee) in the event that an Official Travel
Warning is issued by the U.S. State Department indicating Americans
should not travel to a country included in the tour itinerary to which
the passenger is scheduled to arrive within 60 days after a declared terrorist
incident. (Please note that U.S. State Department Public Announcements
and/or Worldwide Cautionsas well as other alerts from the
U.S. Attorney Generals office or Department of Homeland Security
or television and/or newspaper media reports do not apply.)
Optional Travel Protection Plan Insurance
CHA is proud to offer our travelers a new optional
Travel Protection Plan through Travel Guard International, one of the most respected names in travel insurance. This affordably-priced package includes a variety of coverages including Trip Cancellation & Interruption, Travel and Baggage Delay, Medical Expenses as well as coverages for a Terrorist Act and Financial Insolvency if the plan is purchased at the time of final payment. The cost for this excellent coverage is $99 per person for tours up to 10 days and $119 per person for tours 11 days or longer. Please note that insurance premiums are non-refundable. All deadline dates listed refer to the U.S. postmark date on correspondence sent to CHA or the Eastern Standard Time date stamp on our website when enrolling online. • A $95 non-refundable Registration Fee must accompany all Early Bird enrollments. • To retain Early Bird prices, travelers must submit a $400 tour deposit 30 days after the enrollment date. • CHA’s 2009 Early Bird Plan applies only to base tour costs in our 2008 Catalog or on our website; airport taxes and other applicable fees are subject to change for 2009. • Travelers used to qualify for all Early Bird offers must be fully-paying (not discounted or free place), must remain active & meet all payment deadlines. • Other limitations may apply to the Early Bird offers described here.
