Planning a CHA educational tour is easier than you think. Both teachers and students will benefit from CHA's 39 years of experience in educational travel to plan a tour that's memorable, educational and rewarding.

CHA tours are "group" travel packages. Therefore, planning a tour usually begins with a group leader. Teachers are the natural leader of their classroom and are perfectly suited to organizing a tour for their students.

Before CHA can enroll a group, we must first have a teacher assigned to the group who will be responsible for recruiting travelers, conducting planning meetings, managing enrollments, distributing tickets and other travel materials, and chaperoning students while they travel. Once your group enrolls, CHA will assign a specific Tour Counselor from our staff to stay in regular contact to update your group on all important travel information as your tour departure draws closer. CHA's assistance is always just a toll-free call away!
