We at CHA realize how important it is for you, your students and your school board to feel secure when planning your next overseas trip. That's why we at CHA are pleased to offer the following travel security and protection features:

Included Travel Security Coverage

In cases of political instability abroad and at home, CHA's Travel Security Plan provides peace of mind. Included as part of CHA's non-refundable Registration Fee, this coverage provides a full refund (less the Registration Fee) in the event that an Official Travel Warning is issued by the U.S. State Department indicating Americans should not travel to a country included in the tour itinerary to which the passenger is scheduled to arrive within 60 days after a declared terrorist incident. (Please note that U.S. State Department "Public Announcements" and/or "Worldwide Cautions" as well as other alerts from the U.S. Attorney General’s office or Department of Homeland Security or television and/or newspaper media reports do not apply.)

2018 Optional Travel Protection Plan

CHA is proud to offer our 2018 travelers an optional Travel Protection Plan that includes a variety of coverages including Trip Cancellation & Interruption, Travel and Baggage Delay, and Medical Expenses. The cost for this coverage for participants traveling during our 2018 travel season is $129 per person for tours up to 10 days and $159 per person for tours 11 days or longer. Please note that there are conditions and exclusions in the Plan and that Plan Costs may be non-refundable based on your state of residence. New! 2019 TripAssure Optional Travel Protection Plan

CHA is excited to offer our 2019 travelers our new TripAssure Travel Protection Plan featuring a wide range of comprehensive coverages and services. Travelers will have a choice of two excellent, affordably-priced plans, both of which will provide peace of mind in the event of an emergency, sickness or other unexpected situation before you travel or during your tour. Both plans will include Trip Cancellation and Interruption, Trip/Travel Delay, Baggage Delay and Protection, Medical and Accident Expenses, and Emergency Assistance Services. CHA strongly recommends you purchase a TripAssure Travel Protection Plan as soon as possible after enrolling on your 2019 CHA tour.
