Contacting CHA After Normal Business Hours:

CHA's staff works both on site at our main office in Philadelphia and remotely. If you're unable to reach us when you call, please don't hang up. Instead, stay on the line and follow the prompt to leave us a voicemail message, so that we may return your call. CHA monitors our voicemail frequently after normal office hours and on weekends, especially when our groups are traveling.
