Participant Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to enter or claim prize. Participants may enter CHA’s 2022 Photo & Video Contest by participating in an educational tour operated by CHA Educational Tours, and taking and submitting up to five (5) photographs or (1) video taken while traveling.

CHA's 2022 Photo & Video Contest is open to any individuals participating in a CHA educational tour between January 1, 2022 and August 15, 2022. By entering CHA’s 2022 Photo & Video Contest, each participant accepts the conditions stated in the Official Rules, and agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Contest Sponsor and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in the Contest. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of the Contest Sponsor, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Photograph or Video Eligibility:
Photographs or Videos entered into CHA’s 2022 Photo & Video Contest will only be eligible if such entries (a) are posted on CHA’s social media sites, (b) contain a caption including the name of your CHA tour, your travel dates and locations, (c) are submitted during the Contest Period, (d) use the correct hashtags (#CHAToursVideoContest or #CHAToursPhotoContest), (d) contain only original content of the participant, and (e) do not contain content that is unlawful, hateful or obscene. CHA Educational Tours will consider only those Photographs and Videos that meet the listed criteria. By participating in the Photo & Video Contest, you hereby assign all of your right, title and interest in the Photographs and Videos to CHA as the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor may reproduce, modify, display and otherwise use the Photographs and Videos for promotional purposes in any medium without limitation and without additional compensation.

Selection of Winners:
Photo and Video submissions will be evaluated by CHA’s judging panel based on established judging criteria that include: image composition, overall quality, candidness, significance of content, originality, creativity, and overall presentation.
