Group Leader Benefits
Leading a CHA tour can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your teaching career. To thank you for introducing your students to CHA, for preparing them to travel and for chaperoning them while on tour, CHA offers the following collection of group leader benefits:
Free & Discounted Travel
Earn a free trip for yourself by enrolling just six students on a CHA educational tour. You can also earn additional free trips by increasing your group size in multiples of six. (As a special welcome to CHA, first-time group leaders unable to recruit six fully-paying travelers can earn a free trip with just five.) And, if you recruit fewer than the required ratio, you or other chaperones traveling with you can receive a generous discount off of the regular tour price. CHA also gives you the flexibility to customize your free trip ratio to maximize your benefits or to pass on extra savings to your travelers.
Family & Faculty Travel Discounts
Encourage family members or faculty at your school to join you on your CHA tour by offering them a discount of up to 15% off of the base tour cost of your selected CHA tour. (Contact CHA for the discount amount pertaining to your selected tour.)
Enrollment Bonuses
Plan a tour with CHA and you'll be awarded with our exclusive Enrollment Bonus. Your bonus is calculated on a per person basis, so the larger your group, the more you will earn. No prior experience with CHA is needed. And, besides our standard Enrollment Bonus, CHA also rewards group leaders who recruit early with an extra Early Enrollment Bonus based on how many travelers they sign up by our special Early Enrollment deadlines. Guarantee a Private Tour for your Group
When you enroll a minimum of 25 fully-paying participants on a CHA educational tour by August 30th for a tour departing the following year, you can guarantee your own private tour and tour director exclusively for your group. Or, recruit 30 students by the same date and earn a special bonus.
CHA Bonus Points
Every time you lead a CHA tour, you will automatically earn CHA Bonus Points that can be redeemed for a variety of free travel awards. To calculate the points you can earn, multiply the number of travelers in your group by your tour length. First-time group leaders will automatically receive 50 points. CHA will also accept a transfer of up to 1,000 bonus points on account with another approved educational travel company. Also, if you recommend CHA to a colleague, we'll award you with 25% of all points collected by the new teacher on their first CHA trip.
